Gold Coast Bulletin
The Gold Coast’s central belt will lead the city’s property market growth for the next two years according to a new project marketing group.
Avanti Project Marketing, launched this week by Trent Milburn and Chris Magick, is selling residential projects within the strip bordered by Robina to the south, Carrara to the west and Labrador to the north.
The company has more than $300 million worth of projects under its sales and marketing programs.
Director Mr Milburn said the corridor was becoming popular with investors, owner-occupiers and businesses and would continue to provide interest into the future. “The development activity already taking place is putting a spotlight on the area, with an emerging market of villas and apartments in an affordable price range fuelling demand.” he said.
“For example The Harbour at Emerald Lakes has had over 50 sales in the first two months since its launch, while the take-up in the highrise development Coast at Labrador is 50 per cent of the way through Stage 2 in just four months.”
Avanti Project Marketing will focus on the southeast Queensland market and provide a sales and marketing service as well as a property investment division.
