Regal Residences will be officially launched this weekend with the unveiling of a new on-site sales display that includes a furnished two-bedroom, two- bathroom apartment.

Ensuing stages will include the jewel in the crown, known as The Majesty, rising to 108 levels and ranking it Australia’s tallest residential building.

Regal Residences will take shape on a 1.34ha site bounded by Ferry Rd and Meron St with construction expected to start in coming months.

The project’s sales and marketing director, Julian Sutherland, said Regal Residences would appeal to downsizers, owner occupiers and first home buyers who may be able to take advantage of the federal government’s new stimulus packages.
